Banana Bundt Cake

Cake
1 cup old bananas, smushed up
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2/3 cup egg substitute
3/4 cup Smucker's Baking Healthy oil substitute OR applesauce
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Topping
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup oats
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 10 inch bundt pan with oil. Mix topping ingredients with your fingers in a small bowl and set aside. Mix wet ingredients in a bowl, then sift dry ingredients into bowl and mix well. Pour 1/3 of batter into pan and sprinkle half of topping on top. Add remaining batter and top with remaining topping. Bake for 45-50 minutes. Cool for five minutes and invert. Top with a powdered sugar-milk glaze if desired. Enjoy.
